At Custoy.com, we provide worldwide shipping. Because our products are personalized and printed on demand, we need time to create them specifically for you before they are shipped.

1. PROCESSING TIME (Production)

Since every item is made to order, please allow time for production:

  • Production Time: 6 – 10 business days.

  • Note: During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order is produced and handed over to the carrier, the estimated shipping times are:

  • Shipping Time: 10 – 20 business days depending on the destination.

  • Total Delivery Time: Expect to receive your order within 16 – 30 days (Production + Shipping).

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the number of items in your order.

  • Calculation: To view the exact shipping cost, please add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. The system will automatically calculate the fee based on your address before you make a payment.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (VAT)

For international orders (outside the US), packages may be subject to local customs fees or VAT.

  • Policy: We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

  • Responsibility: All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Recommendation: Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
