Once your order has been submitted, you may cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it by going to “Contact Us” and creating a ticket, or reaching our customer support here. When it is more than 4 hours after placing an order, Custoy will not support order cancellation or modification requests.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. Custoy takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us.
